HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN YOU ARE ALONE??

Posted by Pieychestza | 06:41 Categories:
Hi! Today i'm gonna share with you guys some tips of health which is how you all can survive heart attack when you are alone.

Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.

A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.

Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!

A cardiologist says If everyone who sees this post shares it to 10 people, you can bet that we'll save at least one life..

Salmon
Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, which make it good for your heart and your brain. Salmon is considered a "gold standard" for clean meat-based protein, with "good fats", and low in cholesterol.

Quinoa
This lesser-known grain is a complete protein as well as high in fiber. It was a main staple of South America for centuries.

Avocado
Tons of fiber, and lots of "good fats" that lower cholesterol.

Blueberries
Packed with antioxidants and phytochemicals (stuff that fights cancer), and a long list of micronutrients.

Spinach
One of nature's "super foods", and loaded with calcium, iron, and Vitamin A. Throw it into every salad and sandwich you eat.

Beans
Besides making you more musical, these friendly legumes have a crazy amount of soluable fiber and protein.

Almonds
Another super-food, almonds have Vitamin E, good fat, and lots of other minerals and vitamins.

Tomatoes
Known for its lycopene, the tomato is thought to be good for the heart, and preventative for certain cancers.

Olive Oil
You don't have to give up flavor to become healthier. Olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids, which is actually quite healthy when eaten in moderation.

Potatoes
Potatoes contain more potassium than bananas. Just don't deep dry them or drown them in butter. They're healthiest when baked.

Mushrooms
Mushrooms are low in calories, plus they have vitamins C, D, B6, and B12.

Garlic
Garlic adds flavor to just about any dish. Luckily, it can help people keep their blood pressure and cholesterol levels in check.

Oranges
A single orange gives you all the vitamin C that you need for a whole day. It also has a lot of bioflavanoids and fiber that will keep you healthy.

Sweet Potatos
Sweet potatoes are a nice alternative to regular potatoes. They're loaded with beta carotene that can help keep your immune system in overdrive.

Why People Keep Buying Gold

Posted by Pieychestza | 21:56 Categories:

Gold has been used as a currency, as a backing for currency and as an investment product for thousands of years. Currently, most currency is not backed by metal. While some lament the end of such monetary systems, this has had the end effect of making gold an excellent product for investors. The fact that it not attached to currency means that it can function as a hedge against inflation, which is one of the primary reasons that experienced investors tend to put some of their money into the metal and why it’s been popular for so long.

People are also buying gold as a way to save wealth. Metals allow individuals to store considerable amounts of wealth in a very small physical mass. This has always been one of the reasons that metals are so popular. This type of saving tends to be more under the control of the individual investor, which lends to it a certain sense of security that individuals find attractive. Especially after the banking system suffered such a tremendous blow to its credibility in recent years, investors and even those just saving for a rainy day have moved toward savings strategies that put them in control of their holdings.

Buying gold is not something that has to be done with a crisis mentality. There are good, rational reasons why this metal makes a good investment. Those individuals who choose to invest in precious metals solely for financial reasons oftentimes choose bullion because it is easily sold when they want to divest. Those who intend to hang onto their gold for a very long time often opt for coins as they have numismatic value and because they are very durable. No matter how it’s purchased, there are several good reasons to consider buying gold that have nothing to do with being in a crisis.

10 Simple Ways to Get Back More Energy

Posted by Pieychestza | 21:29 Categories:

Control stress. Stress-induced emotions consume huge amounts of energy. Talking with a friend or relative, joining a support group, or seeing a counselor can all help you to deal with stress.

Do good deeds to others. Incorporate some kind of "charity" work into your schedule. You will find the rewards tremendous, and it will actually give you an emotional boost

Eat for energy It's better to eat small meals and snacks every few hours than three large meals a day. This approach gives a steady supply of nutrients, which your brain and body needs.

Do not overwork yourself. Learn to ask for help. One of the main reasons for fatigue is overwork. Overwork can include professional, family, and social obligations. Learn to prioritize! Search on the internet and get help with organizing your life's work load. Do not put too much pressure on yourself. If you are a perfectionist then see if you can learn to control this character trait. . And, take time to smell the roses. Enjoy the journey.

Get Fit Exercise almost guarantees that you'll sleep more soundly. It also gives your cells more energy to burn and circulates oxygen. Exercising causes your body to regulate itself more efficiently. Even a brisk walk is a good start.

Drink lots of water If your body is short of fluids, one of the first signs is a feeling of fatigue. And, if you do not like the taste of just water, add a little pure fruit juice to it. It's amazing what a little flavor can do to a glass of water.

Restrict your sleep Determine how much sleep you really need. Lying awake can be stressful and frustrating. The following will show you how to calculate just how much sleep you need. I read this somewhere in a medical article.

Avoid napping during day. The first night, go to bed later than you would normally go and get just four hours of sleep. If you feel that you slept well during that four-hour period, add another 15-30 minutes of sleep the next night. As long as you're sleeping soundly the entire time you're in bed, slowly keep adding sleep on successive nights.

Caffeine can help Caffeine does help increase alertness, so having a cup of coffee can help sharpen your mind. But to get the energizing effects of caffeine, drink it at the right time. Not a few hours before bedtime.

Try not to drink alcohol in the daytime Alcohol makes you tired. It causes fatigue. Actually, be very selective when and how much alcohol you consume. Go for flavored waters. It may seem boring, but, after you do this for a while you will feel so much better for it.
