Everything Start From DECISION.

Decisions Lead To Experience
The most valuable asset every person has is experience. Those who make thoughtful decisions quickly will always have the edge on those who don’t. It takes courage to take risks on yourself to get, or to be what you want in life. Big risks, big rewards. Small risks, little reward. Indecisiveness = lost rewards!

Making Decisions and Taking Action
Don't put off making firm decisions and taking action on things that excite and inspire you. Share that enthusiasm with the world and watch folks eat up your passion. In everything you do, let your passion shine through!

When you make a decision and take action on something, your life will change and with it will come experience, which will then become a habits and expertise. It’s easy to go where you've already been; but its much tougher getting to a destination in life when you haven't been there yourself yet. Making decisions and taking action on things is where all the experience, knowledge and understanding will come from that will drive the rest of your life.

We Learn the Most From Our Bad Decisions, Not Our Good Ones
Prepare yourself mentally to accept the fact that most everything valuable, meaningful, life impacting and life changing will come from the mistakes you make; but over time, with a a bit of seasoning, comes the ability to make better decisions based on your experience.

It All Starts With a Decision
It would be great if you could learn from the experience and and past mistakes of others, and to a certain extent you can; but you'll never own them. You can only truly give back to the world those things you own. It's the things you own that determine how high and how far you can go.

If you want different results or desire to be in a completely different place in life –Make a decision and act on it TODAY! Dreams come true for those who make decisions and take small steps toward them every day. Thanks.

Six Steps to Achieve More by Doing Less

Posted by Pieychestza | 23:05 Categories:
The Formula to Achieve MORE

If you want to achieve more, you need to FOCUS! Peoples must concentrate on less in order to deliver more. By focusing on a few goals, the chances of producing results are much greater. Just as a lack of accomplishment creates significant "drag" on your momentum, a sense of accomplishment is a very powerful "stimulant" for higher productivity. How to Build Focus Into Yourself.

Practice the following to increase your focus and therefore your success:

1. Keep It Simple. When going through any goal-setting exercises, I advise my friends to Keep It Super Simple (KISS) and remember the "Triple S" factor: Simplicity Spans Success. Most of us prefer simplicity in life. Trying to keep track of too many details is distracting and dilutes our effectiveness to get anything done.

2. Prioritize Your Goals. There is always so much to do that it's hard to identify what's most important; this is where prioritization is critical. You must focus your resources-time, people, money-on getting the best return on investment. Prioritizing ensures you and your company or team can concentrate on the top goals that will have the greatest organizational impact.

3. Stick To Three. Our minds are well connected to thinking in 3s. Research shows that when there are more than 3 objectives, chances are individuals will not deliver well on any of them. If you choose to concentrate on 1, 2 or 3 initiatives, then your probability of success increases substantially!

4. Publicize Your Goals. The top three priorities are the "guiding post" for the entire organization, so make sure everyone--from senior management to frontline staff--know what they are.

5. Celebrate Your Success. As you progress toward and achieve your goals, take the time to congratulate those involved on their effort. Success is self-perpetuating and once "traction" begins, it will pick up momentum as employees see and "feel" they are accomplishing something of value.

6. Refocus By Returning to Step 1.
A common saying goes, "If you don't know where you are heading, you might end up at the wrong place." That is true; however, unless you have clear and simple directions, there is also the chance you might get overwhelmed with the details and get lost anyway!
Keep the above steps in mind and you will possess the focus to get things done and move on to your next opportunity.
Be amazing!

The Power Of Focus

Posted by Pieychestza | 22:58 Categories:
The Power of Focus and The Law of Attraction cannot be separated. Whatever you are focusing on, you will eventually attract into your life, be this on an individual, group or a mass level. In the light of that statement, do you think it is harmless to fill your subconscious mind with all the latest negative events on television?

So what do you do? Use the power of focus in a positive way. You should begin to deliberately focus on something of your choosing and not just follow the willy-nilly wending of wild thoughts. Once you really begin to choose the power of focus to "magnetize" pleasant thoughts, you will be able to stop any negative momentum in its initial stages. Let's say that the Law of Attraction is the rule, and the Power of Focus is the means to use the rule to benefit your life or not. Make sure that you use the power of focus to benefit.

The power of focus is part of your mind power in manifesting your dream into reality. Wouldn't you agree with me that lack of focus is a great hinder in pursuing what you really want in life? A dream can never be achieved if you do not have the focus in attaining it. When there is no focus, there will be no action and hence, no result. But having said that, how many of us can focus on one goal for an extended period of time?

Having saying that, many people are able to focus for an extended period of time on the wrong things, that is, focusing on what they do not want in life. And when you keep on focusing on what is not wanted, you will get it sooner or later. This is what we refer to as the Law of Attraction. Have you ever wonder why most self-development masters almost always advise you to stop worrying and complaining? Keep focusing on complaining about your job and you will most likely getting more of it. Keep focusing on worrying about your debts and you will most likely getting more of it. Keep focusing on the fear of losing something and you will most likely lose it one day.

The Law of Attraction is not bias. you do not have to be the selected few to benefit from this law. Anyone who can really focus on what he or she wants in life can attain it in the future. If you have heard about this law before but are still quite skeptical, you may like to try it out. After all, there is no harm trying out. However, please focus only on what you really want and what is positive. Trying it out by focusing on something negative will certainly get negative effects. Take one step at a time by focusing on something short term which you can see result in a day.

Your mind power is like a magnetic force, you attract whatever you put your focus on. That is also why you should train your mind so that you can apply the power of focus in you. A goal which is not follow by your focus and action, nothing will happen and your dream will always be just a dream. Be focus and make that great difference in your life from today.

A good way to focus on good thoughts, is to read positive articles. Spend time with the articles on my site.

Negative vs. Positive Minded

Posted by Pieychestza | 22:32 Categories:
Negativity is powerful energy. You attract what you fear or loathe or dwell on. For example, if you're fretting over an upcoming chemistry exam, you won't be able to retain all the information you've been reading. You can read your chemistry textbook and handouts repeatedly, but your negative thoughts - fear of failing, fear of forgetting an important formula will only overpower all the things you tried to memorize. The result? A mediocre or even a failing grade on your chemistry exam paper.

Don't let negativity rule your life. To help you learn how to harness the power of positivity, here are some examples to give you ideas:

1. The secret of attraction to help you find true love:

Envision the kind of relationship you want to be in and define it well. Do you want a long term relationship with someone who shares your temperament and values, or are you welcome to have someone who is your complete opposite but adds spice to your life? When you have defined all these, start gravitating towards people who more or less matches your ideals. Avoid social circles where you will only be disappointed. Be selective with the company you keep. When you think you have met The One, don't rush into dating right away. Get to know that person more and respect his or her need for space and time. When you try to rush things (a negative no-no), you will only repel your prospective partner.

2. The secret of attraction to help you win a client:

If you're in sales, you know what a cutthroat industry it can be. Many sales people would sell their grandmothers down the river just to nab an important client. On a less exaggerated note, they would even try to steal a fellow salesperson's client by encroaching into the transaction. Don't play dirty like those people, for in this universe there is such a thing as karmic comeuppance. Strive to be ethical and upstanding in your occupation. Carry out only positive thoughts and actions when conducting your business and pretty soon you will build a good name for yourself and attract clients. Leave the monkey business to your less ethical colleagues who will only end up having a reputation for being unscrupulous and irritating.

3. The secret of attraction to having more money in your life.

If you want to attract wealth, you need to stop letting your money control you and instead, learn to control it to suit your goals. For example, all your life, you've seen how your mother could not control her spending. Shopping was a way to make her feel good, no matter how much debt she was accruing year in and year out. You need to stop equating your self esteem with how much money you can spend to impress your friends, which is a negative no-no. Start viewing money as neither good nor bad, but as a tool to help you live a stable and comfortable life. Using positive thoughts and actions like moderating your spending and paying bills on time are just some ways to bring in more money -not debt - into your life!

4. The secret of attraction to get the body you want.

Yes, the doctor said you need to lose fifteen pounds. And no, pinning a photo of a supermodel on your refrigerator is not going to help you lose those fifteen pounds no matter how many times you stare at the image. The photo, however, may serve as a daily inspiration and reminder on the kind of body you're aiming for. As you watch your food intake and carry out your daily exercise regimen, look at that picture to push you into sticking to the program - and stop you from popping a few pieces of chocolate in your mouth.

5. The secret of attraction to get a promotion.

First you need to ask yourself if you are ready for bigger responsibilities. If you think you are, then focus on getting that promotion. Ace all your projects and tasks, be early for work and appointments, go the extra mile, do anything that will show the big bosses that you are more than a team player, you also possess leadership qualities. Learn to navigate the tricky waters of office politics without playing dirty and by standing out using positive thoughts and actions to your advantage. You will stand out in the sea of cutthroat and competitive people by being the only one who refused to compromise your principles in the name of career advancement.

Let the examples above inspire you to be the best you can be in all facets of your life. Just remember to take things one day at a time as you work on improving yourself. Before you know it, you have purged yourself of all negativity, molded yourself into a better individual and have made positive thoughts and actions a constant staple in your life. You'll be attracting success and happiness in no time!

Taking Action Now! Why you need Now?

Posted by Pieychestza | 22:22 Categories:
Winners Take Action, Losers do Nothing
There exists two types of people out there in the world which is Winners and Losers. The real difference lies in the fact that Losers only do what they feel like doing while Winners do what is necessary to get their objective completed.

Losers make their decisions based upon instant gratification and short-term thinking. They live in the here and now, but never for the future. If they don't feel like completing a certain task that will move them closer to their goal, then they won't do it. Losers have dreams but are unable to build a stable bridge to those dreams because they don't want to do the work necessary and in a self-perpetuating fashion, the Loser begins to complain and despise the process of taking action and setting goals because they believe it did not work for them when in fact they never really used it to begin with.

Winners, on the other hand, know what needs to be done to push themselves closer to their goals and they simply take action on those things, regardless of whether they feel like doing it or not. Winners are long-term decision-makers and can control their emotional urges to do what is best for their future. Hence, which one you are? Thanks.

"The one thing that separates winners from losers is, winners take action!"
--Anthony Robbins

The Power of Action

Posted by Pieychestza | 22:13 Categories:
"How we spend our days, is of course, how we spend our lives."
--Annie Dillard

One of the fundamental laws of success is that the universe rewards those who take action. It rewards you for what you do, not for what you know. This is a very simple concept to understand, but it's surprising the number of people who seem to spend their days doing everything else except for taking action. While planning is often a necessary thing to do before acting, there's such a thing as too much planning or waiting for the mythical "perfect moment" to appear. When I was a rookie officer straight out of the police academy, my salty field training officer told me, "Son, put the books away. Now it's time to get your feet wet." He was right. There are some things that are just impossible to learn without actually doing them. By taking action, you immerse yourself in that rich pool of learning and your absorb knowledge as you go along.

It is so easy to read the books, listen to the tapes, and even change your way of thinking, but when you find that still nothing happens. You ask yourself, "What am I doing wrong?"; "Why am I not making my millions?"; "Why is my life the same as it has always been?"; "What else must I do to make a difference in my life?"

The operative word in that last sentence is the word "DO". You must take action. You must start putting some of the stuff you have read and learnt into practice. You already know everything you need to know to achieve success. You just don't know that you know.

You can read all of the success books available today and still never make a difference in you life if you don't take action.

But how? You ask. Simply start where you are. We all have ideas & dreams about how we want to succeed. Some of those dreams are big & grand, which is great. Keep your big dreams, but don't forget the small ones. You must learn to walk before you can run. What is the point of having a goal of making a $1,000,000 if you cannot make $100? So many people fail on the big dreams because that is all they are focused on. They set a goal for $1,000,000, then get overwhelmed and fall by the wayside, because they have no idea about how to make that sort of money.

All of this will take time, but you will also find that it will lead you down the road to success. Start small so you don't get too overwhelmed too quickly. Learn the small stuff, and the big stuff will come. 85% of effort is in getting started, learning the ropes. Making that first $100. Then from here, as you start gaining momentum, you will find the last 15% will just come.

To climb to the top of a ladder, we must step on the bottom rung. If you have long legs maybe you can step straight up to the second rung. But the point is, you are not going to get anywhere if you don't take that first step. Take Action. Make a start. It doesn't matter what you do, just do it.

Success will always be determined by whether or not you take that first step. Not only is Faith without Works dead, but Goals without Action are also useless. Thanks.

The Power Of Desire

Posted by Pieychestza | 17:52 Categories:
"A great desire for freedom brings freedom; a great desire for wealth brings wealth. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat." - Napoleon Hill

How passionate are you about living your dreams? How excited are you about manifesting your desires? Strong desire is a powerful vibrational request which tells the Universe you definitely expect your desire to be fulfilled. Strong desire gives the Universe a clear signal of what you want. With passion and enthusiasm, you transmit your desires at a zillion watts and, in accordance with the Law of Attraction, your desire will be acted upon with equal intensity.

Most people either lose their desire to succeed, don't have the desire to succeed, have the wrong desire attached to their goal or don't know what their real desire is. The last 2 are where most people fall - they may want to achieve certain goals - but don't have the right desire attached to their goal or don't know what their real desire is.

Your desire is what fuels your success - if you don't have the desire to achieve your goals - you're not going to achieve it. A goal without a desire is like driving a car without gas. You're simply not going to get anywhere.
If you want to achieve your goals you need to have the desire to achieve your goal or you have to have the right desire associated with that goal.

What's Your Desire?

Let's face it - we all want a lot of things and we all would like to have a lot of different things in our lives - but wanting and desiring something are very different. For example: you may want to make more money - but what do you really desire? If you think that money will give you more time, more security, more freedom - then what you really desire is freedom, security, more time and perhaps a comfortable lifestyle. You want more money - but you really desire something completely different - something that you think having more money will allow you to achieve.

Realizing and understanding your core desire is critical to your success.
If you're setting a goal to make more money but don't know what you truly desire then you may find that you're not making the progress that you want because there is no real desire. And this is only because you're not focusing on your desire - you're not using the Power Of Desire.

The Power of Gratitude

Posted by Pieychestza | 17:39 Categories:
If I could offer you a magic potion that would make you happier, healthier, more optimistic and more productive, and tell you that potion would cost nothing and will require very little effort to use, would you be interested?

Let me ask the question differently.
If this potion existed would you want some?

Of course you would! Unfortunately, I don't have a potion that will do these things. But each of us has something even better than a potion that will do all of those things and more...

Gratitude.

Science tells us that an "attitude of gratitude" is a good health choice. Being more grateful more often makes us happier and more optimistic. But gratitude also adds to the bottom line - in very real ways. And the best news about gratitude is that it requires little time and no money.

Gratitude attracts what we want. The universal law of attraction says that we will attract into our life the things we think about and focus on. Since this is true, wouldn't you want more of what you are thankful for? (I think I know the answer to that!) Remember that when you are consciously aware of your blessings, and are grateful for them, you are focusing more clearly on what you do want in your life - and are attracting more of those things into your life.

Tips for the Success in Business

Posted by Pieychestza | 01:00 Categories:
I always start thinking about what a businessman can learn from in order to become successful and that is what this article is about.

1.   Vision
The businessman should also have a clear view on what is
happening in the market.

2.   Knowledge
You should know everything about your business and when you say everything, you mean everything. You should know all about the products you sells from
beginning to end, every detail should be an open book to yours. You can never be surprised with questions on which you have no answers. You should know about marketing techniques, the position and plans of competitors etc., etc. And if you don’t possess this knowledge by nature, you has to learn it.

3.   Enough is enough
If you are a cow don't try to jump fences like a horse. People will only laugh at you. It is better to sell one product very well than ten without a satisfying result.

4.   Courage
The beginning businessman as well, who is maybe starting his business in great uncertainty about the future can learn from the selected mentor. Whatever you want to be success, must have 3 key:- Mentor, Knowledge and System.

6 Tips for Good Public Speaking

Posted by Pieychestza | 22:10 Categories:
Most people don't have trouble getting up and speaking in front of a small group of friends and family, but the thought of having to speak in front of a group of strangers, especially a large group of professionals can often bring about an attack of "stage fright." I used to get nervous from public speaking, but now I enjoy it. As with just about any skill, you really do get better with a bit of time and practice.

Here are a few public speaking tips to make you shine:

1) Pick the right subject. You must choose a topic you are familiar with and which you have strong feelings. It is really disastrous to talk on something which is not your domain and you are very likely to make an ass of yourself if you do that. However, if you tread on known grounds, you will feel comfortable and confident to talk about your subject.
2) Organize your points thoughtfully and logically. Your talk must have a beginning--a brief introduction on what you are going to say; a middle where you elaborate on your topic; and an ending that summarizes on what you have just said.
3) Rehearse your speech in private. After you have planned your presentation, it is time to practise delivering it. Better if you do it alone. Remember, you are not initiating a discussion here. You will have to talk alone and logically present what you would like to say. Hence, you would do well to practise in front of the mirror like a seasoned actor. Be positive and try to "see" and "hear" the positive feedback you are going to get when you have them under your sway.
4) Don't resort to elaborate notes. No pre-written speech can sound spontaneous. You are doomed if you do that. At best, you can make short notes, consisting of only a few words, which will guide you towards your destination.
5) Be friendly with your audience. Don't be formal and stuffy. Begin your talk maintaining a simple conversational style. make use of humor as much as you can, but only at the right places. And please avoid stale and outworn jokes, which will merely increase boredom.
6) Bring your speech to a climactic end. Your ending words must be carefully crafted so that they continue to ring in the ears of your listeners even after you have ended.Urge them, exhort them to a course of action, and leave them wanting more.In other words, end with a bang.
