How to Be Beautiful, inside as ouside

Posted by Pieychestza | 01:41 Categories:
1. Seek beauty around you. How do you define beauty? As you go through your day, try to make note of things and people that strike you as beautiful: the art, the sky, someone's freckles. If you can, write them down. Find your beauty. Try to understand what makes them beautiful to you. They may not be beautiful to others, but that's the reason beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

2. Recognize the beauty in yourself. Look in the mirror and search for beauty. By now, you've probably noticed that the most beautiful things in life are often subtle and hidden. The same goes for the beauty you hold. Maybe you have smooth, well-proportioned hands, or a flawless forehead, or perfectly-shaped shoulders. Whatever it is, it's yours - reveal it.

3. Develop your inner beauty. There are plenty of so-called beautiful people out there who lie, cheat, steal, and even kill. This type of beauty does not last . By finding yourself and building your character through integrity, you can be beautiful both on the inside and on the outside. Better yet, your inner beauty will always emanate and never fade, wrinkle, or turn gray.

4. Enhance your physical beauty. Looking beautiful is all about emphasizing those features in you that are already beautiful. There are millions of ways to do this, as there are millions of potentially beautiful features on a single body. The important thing is to experiment with accentuating that beauty until you can look at your reflection and feel like you've given your beauty the representation it deserves.

5. Create beauty outside of yourself. Now that you see beauty and you are beautiful (as you always have been, but now know it), it's time to make beauty. Art is a very popular emulation of beauty, but it's possible to inject beauty into everything you do (your work, how you interact with people, and the way you decorate your room, for example). This is an extremely satisfying pursuit that will not only make the world a more beautiful place, but it will also bring your quest for beauty full circle.

Even though what is considered beautiful varies from person to person, there are a few broad characteristics that most people seem to agree on:

Health is beautiful. There's nothing beautiful about destroying your body, even if you do it slowly by neglecting your body.

Character is beautiful. Think of the most beautiful people you know; now imagine them spitting on a homeless person. They're not very beautiful anymore, are they?

Tell yourself every day when you wake up: "I am beautiful. No one can take that away from me."

If you are getting older - in your thirties, forties, or older, you will be beautiful in a different way than a younger person. You will have lines, perhaps scars, perhaps some grey, you may have mannerisms or ways of moving that have become uniquely you. For a woman, you can take these changes and either use them to feel deeper, richer, more nuanced, more sensual, or you can feel worn down, comparing yourself to younger women.

How to Make People Instantly Like You

Posted by Pieychestza | 00:07 Categories:
Everyone likes to be liked and yet many people go through life, or at least part of their lives, feeling as if people do not like them. This article aims to begin the discussion about what you can do to feel and be more liked - maybe even 'instantly'.

1. First and foremost, remember one rule: people are interested in themselves. So the first step of getting people to like you is simple. All you have to do is be interested. Talk to people about themselves. Ask them their opinion about things. You can get someone to be so self absorbed in their conversation that you can predict or lead their responses. But remember, don't just stand and nod. You have to lead the conversation, making sure that it stays about them and they believe that they're the one in charge. This skill might take practice!

2. Don't forget eye contact whenever you talk to anyone.
This will make you seem confident and like you care about what you are talking about/who you are talking to.

3. Talking about negative things or complaining about how things are going etc, leads to negative emotions and sometimes can make conversation stoppers. Don't complain about your day, and don't talk bad about people all the time, if ever.

4. Just be yourself.
If you're not genuinely interested in someone you will find out soon enough. It just takes a little bit of selflessness in showing interest, controlling your emotions, and being yourself to get to know somebody.

5. Look like a friendly and attractive person
- and this does not mean you have to have to dress in the same way as everyone else! You just need to look open, honest, natural, friendly, outgoing and clean. This is important because most people make a judgment about someone that they meet for the first time within the first thirty seconds of meeting them. Even before they speak to you, they will have normally decided whether you seem like "friend material". Don't wear anything people may perceive as offensive, as in lots of piercings, grotty t-shirts with lots of flames and suchlike and costume makeup. This makes you seem unapproachable.

6. Adding onto appearance, be clean. Having washed hair, unbitten nails, clean teeth and fresh smelling pits really makes you more appealing to the people around you.

7. Look alert!
Make sure you do not look as if you are wrapped up in yourself, or distracted in some with other things. When meeting a new person it is vital that you show you are interested in them.

8. Make appropriate physical contact in an appropriate and positive way,
maybe this will mean shaking hands or even possibly greeting people in a slightly more 'intimate' way. You need to appear confident and positive in all these things in order to start the process of conveying likableness in the right way

9. Smile. Simple as that. But make sure it's not a fake smile. Smile from your eyes, as if you're truly happy to be meeting someone or speaking to someone. But don't overdo it either. To much smiley-ness can seem creepy. If one person smiles, it makes everyone smile!

10. Give a lively and pleasant tone to your voice. Sadly some folks develop a monotonous, or dull sound to their voice. Maybe they talk in a squeaky or affected way. In this matter you need to be truly self-critical and, if you feel you are lacking, you need to make an effort to develop better speaking-voice qualities. It can be done - actors and actresses do it for a living, and once you develop confidence in yourself and the way you sound many of the other attributes of 'likableness' will fall into place.

How to Handle Stress at Workplace

Posted by Pieychestza | 21:26 Categories:
It is good to have some pressure at work because it provides motivation to excel and work with a bit of a sense of urgency and purpose. But, when work stress becomes too high it impacts your health, personal and family life.

Here are some suggestions for successful stress management in the workplace:

1. Regular moderate exercise can boost energy and reduce feelings of stress. Walking outdoors is a good aerobic exercise for body and mind. You can try out simple exercises like jogging, walking, swimming, biking, aerobics, etc. Exercise releases mood-enhancing chemicals, like endorphins, the mind-body's natural painkiller and mood calmer. Finding an exercise buddy can be even better.

2. Take a warm water bath.

3. Talking it out with a trusted friend or professional

4. List out the problems and list their possible solutions, then try them out.

5.Breathe deeply - slowly in, slowly out and think of something pleasant. Shallow chest breathing can cause your heart to beat faster and your muscles to tense up, increasing feelings of stress. So breathe deeply, begin by putting your hand on your abdomen just below the navel. Inhale slowly through your nose and watch your hand move out as your belly expands. Hold the breath for a few seconds, then exhale slowly. Repeat several times.

6. Keep a day journal. This will help you note down what activities you are doing everyday, how you are utilizing your time and what things cause you stress or anxiety during the day. Once you know what activities are causing stress you can think of ways to deal with them. If you start a journal keep at it atleast for a few days in order to benefit from it.

7. After you've done your best to deal with a situation, avoid speculating about the outcome. Forget it and go onto the next thing.

8. Dont indulge in self-pity and do not try to gain other's sympathy by telling them your woes. Self-pity results in making you feel weaker.

9. Avoid trying to hurry. Always try to be relaxed and composed while doing things.Hurrying results in worry and anxiety. Try to maintain a schedule so that you do not have to hurry for things.

10. If you find a problem or task as too big, then break it down into smaller, more manageable chumps so that you do not feel overwhelmed.

11. Remember that most things that you fear about may not actually happen. What was the thing that worried you the most last year or two years back? Most likely you will not even remember it. The same things can happen to your current fears.

12. Don't try to be perfect. By trying to be perfect in all things you do, you may be creating unnecessary stress in your life. Instead of that, try to do the best that you can in everything you do and if you make a mistake - accept it, forgive yourself and learn from it. Don't be too hard upon yourself and don't overly criticize yourself for making mistakes, instead learn from mistakes and move on.

13. Avoid feeling panicky. It may be natural to feel a little bit of tension and nerves prior to an important meeting, interview, exam etc. but its no use worrying unnecessarily. Worrying too much may prevent your mind from thinking clearly.

14. Resist comparisons with others. Very often the common cause of stress for people is that they compare their own performances against that of other people and if their performance is a little bit inferior, it destroys their confidence and creates stress for them. Instead of comparing yourself with others, make your own previous performance as a standard against which you can set future goals for yourself to achieve. Keep competing with yourself and not with others. Competition with self can lead to improvement and too much competition with others can lead to stress.

15. Sport psychologists have known for a long time that visualizing success can make an enormous difference to the performance of players. However most people do the opposite - instead of focusing on success they visualize and focus on failure. You can minimize stress and build up confidence by focusing on your strengths and what you know rather than focusing on your weaknesses and what you do not know.

If you've tried and failed to lose weight before, you may believe that diets don’t work for you. You’re probably right: traditional diets don’t work—at least not in the long term. However, there are plenty of small but powerful ways to achieve lasting weight loss and develop a healthier relationship with food.
1. Drink plenty of water. First how to lose weight fast tip is that our body needs a lot of water  so give in to water. Water is not just way to flush out toxin but if you have more water in your body you will generally feel healthier and fitter. This it will discourage any tendency to gorge. The best thing about water is that is has no calories at all.

2. Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up, gulp down a glass of cool water.  It’s a wonderful way to start you day and you only need a lesser quantity of your breakfast drink after that. A glass of water lets out all your digestive juices and sort of lubricates the insides of your body. You may have your morning cup of tea but have it after a glass of water. It is good for you.

3. Drink a glass of water before you start the meal. Water naturally needs some space so that you feel fuller without actually having to stuff yourself.

4. Have another glass of water while you are having the meal. Again this is another great how to lose weight fast super tip and a way of making yourself full, another great weight loss tips, so that you can actually rise from the table eating less but feeling full just the same. Instead of drinking it one gulp, take sips after each morsel. It will help the food to settle faster so that you get that feeling that you are full faster.

SIDENOTE: Water is such a remarkable thing, but seldom do we give it the credit that it deserves. Did you know that over 66% of your body weight is nothing but water’ it’s amazing! Water also plays a vital role in weight control, which is why I donated so much space to it, above.

5. Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.

6. Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.

7. Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits.

8. If you do have a craving for fruit juice then go for fresh fruit juice instead of these that contain artificial flavors and colors. Or even better, try making your own fruit juice taking care not to sweeten it with too many calories.

9. Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened.

10. Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fibre. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.

11. Go crazy on vegetables. Vegetables are your best bet  when it comes to how to lose weight fast. Nature has a terrific spread when it comes to choosing vegetables. And the leafy green vegetables are your best bet. Try to include a salad in your diet always.

12. Eat intelligently. The difference between man and beast is that we are driven by intelligence while beasts are driven by instinct. Don’t just eat something because you feel like eating it. Ask yourself whether your body really needs it.

13. Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on everything that goes in. Sometimes the garnishes can richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. Remember that it is the easiest thing in the world to eat something without realizing that it was something that you should not have eaten. Selective memory you know.

14. Do not skip meals. The worst thing you can do while watching you diet is skip a meal. It has just the opposite effect of what you want. You need to have at least four regular meals every day.

 15. Try to have breakfast within one hour of waking. The first critical part of the day in how to lose weight fast is you have to start your metabolism early. It’s always best to have breakfast within an hour of waking so that your body can charge itself with the energy it needs  for the day. The idea is not to wait for you to get really hungry. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but that does not mean that it should be the most filling meal of the day.

16. Eat only when you are hungry. Bonus how to lose weight fast tip here–> (make sure you are not just thirsty!) Some of us have the tendency to eat whenever we see food. We use parties as an excuse to stuff our selves. Understand that the effect of a whole week of dieting can be wasted by just one day’s party food. Whenever you are offered something to eat do not decline it completely bit just break of a nibble so that you appear to mind your manners and at the same time can watch your diet.

17. Quit snacking in between meals. Do not fall for snacks in between meals. This is especially true for those who have to travel a lot. They feel that the only time they can get a bite to eat is snacks and junk food. The main problem with most snacks and junk food is that they are usually less filling and contain a lot of fat and calories. Just think about French fries tempting but terribly fattening.

18. Snack on vegetables if you must. You might get the pangs of hunger in between meals. It is something that you can very well control. Or even better, try munching on carrots. They are an excellent way to satisfy those hungry pangs and are good for your eyes and teeth. True, you might end up being called Bugs Bunny, but its miles better to be called Bugs Bunny than fatso.

19. Go easy on tea and coffee. Tea and harmless by themselves. It’s when you add the cream and sugar that they become fattening. Did you know that having a cup of tea or coffee that
Has cream and at least two cubes of sugar is as bad as having a big piece of rich chocolate cake.
20. Try to stick to black tea/coffee. Black tea or coffee can actually be good for you. But personally I would like to recommend tea rather than coffee. The caffeine in the coffee is not really good for you because it is an alkaloid and can affect other functions of your body like the metabolism.
