EVEN you hunger and thirst during the day throughout the month of Ramadan, it is not an excuse for neglecting your personal appearance.
Here are some interesting tips for avoiding face and body dull dull during fasting.
1 Drink enough water - fruit juice is the right choice to start during iftar because the sugar levels enough to provide instant energy to the body. However, do not forget to drink plenty of water during meal to avoid dehydration.

6 lotion body - not just the face, eyes and skin will also experience water shortages due to drought. You can use a lotion containing almond oil, olive or shea butter to moisturize the entire body.
7 scrub - Do not forget to scrub your face and body during the fasting month for dry skin causing more dead skin cells that dull skin.
